Why patients travel to ROI
Anti-aging focus
A clinic centered on facelift, neck lift, and eye surgery — not a high-volume general practice.
Surgeon-led care
Dr. Youngkee You performs your consultation and surgery directly — a board-certified plastic surgeon focused on anti-aging.
Registered for international patients
An officially registered international-patient medical institution in Korea, with medical malpractice liability coverage in place.
How a remote consultation works
Message us on WhatsApp
Send clear, makeup-free photos — front, both sides, and (for eyes) with eyes open and closed. Tell us your concerns and goals.
The surgeon reviews and replies
Dr. You assesses your photos and shares a preliminary opinion and an estimated cost range. This is general guidance — your final plan is confirmed in person.
We schedule around your travel
Pick dates that fit your trip. We reserve your surgery date and walk you through what to prepare.
In person: consult → surgery → recovery check
You meet Dr. You for a final in-person consultation before surgery, then we monitor your early recovery before you fly home.
Planning your stay in Korea
Plan your trip so there is time for the in-person consultation, surgery, and suture removal before you fly home. As a general guide:
8 days
Eye surgery
Most eye procedures · sutures removed on day 7
13 days
Facelift
All sutures removed on day 12
8 days
Rhinoplasty
Sutures removed on day 7 · longer if rib cartilage is used
Before booking your flight, make sure your suture-removal date doesn't fall on a clinic closed day.

It's one of the first things patients ask — and a fair question. Because every face and every goal is different, surgery at ROI is quoted individually after Dr. You reviews your photos and history, not taken from a fixed price list. A facelift for advanced structural ageing and a focused eyelid procedure are very different operations, so a single headline "price" rarely matches what you actually need.
There is another reason we ask to see photos first: the procedure patients ask for is not always the procedure they actually need. Many arrive convinced that a specific surgery is right for them — and sometimes they are exactly right. Just as often, the assessment shows that an additional procedure would give a more balanced result, that a different operation would serve them better, or that something simpler than they expected is enough. An honest plan — and an honest quote — can only come after that assessment.
One all-inclusive amount. Your surgical fee covers:
- ✓ Consultation fee
- ✓ Anesthesia
- ✓ Private recovery room
- ✓ All scheduled aftercare visits
If a post-operative problem ever requires an urgent revision surgery, it is performed at no additional cost.
From about one week after surgery we recommend swelling-care laser sessions, offered free of charge whenever the treatment room is available — and scar ointment is also often provided at no cost when needed.
Not included: prescription medications (oral medicine, antibiotic ointment). You'll receive a prescription to fill at a nearby pharmacy.
You'll know the full amount before you decide, with nothing added on the day.
A note on price. ROI is not the cheapest clinic in Seoul, and we don't try to be. We would rather invest in better materials, safer equipment, and the unhurried one-on-one care that careful work depends on than compete to be the lowest number. If the lowest possible price is your main priority, we may honestly not be the right fit.
The simplest next step is a no-obligation remote consultation: send a few photos on WhatsApp and you'll receive an honest assessment and a personalized estimate.
Payment
To reserve your surgery date, a deposit is paid via PayPal. The remaining balance is paid on the day of surgery by credit card or cash.
After you return home
Your care does not end when you leave Korea. We stay in touch through WhatsApp follow-up — send recovery photos and questions, and we will guide you through healing from home.
