Cost

A. Cost depends on the patient's condition, surgical scope, anesthesia method, and other factors, so we give you exact pricing at consultation. ROI Plastic Surgery keeps marketing costs minimal and invests that money back into the patient — better materials and better equipment.

A. Yes, credit-card installment plans are available. We'll walk you through the details at consultation.

Recovery

A. It depends on the procedure: facelift ~2–3 weeks, eye surgery ~1–2 weeks, non-surgical treatments same day to 3 days. See the Recovery Timeline page for details.

A. Desk-based jobs: about 1 week for eye surgery, about 2 weeks for facelift. For physically active jobs, allow a bit more time.

A. Light walking from 1 week post-op; full exercise from 4–6 weeks post-op.

Surgery

A. Revision is generally possible at least 6 months to 1 year after the first surgery. Tissues need to fully recover for revision to be safe.

A. ROI Plastic Surgery uses minimal incisions and precise suturing to minimize scars. Most incisions are hidden in natural wrinkle lines or within the hairline.

A. For facelift, natural aging continues, but you maintain a state about 10–15 years younger than if you had not had surgery. Lifting treatments typically last 6 months to 2 years.

Consultation & Booking

A. Yes — consultation-only is absolutely fine. You can take your time to think after the consultation before deciding. ROI Plastic Surgery does not push unnecessary surgery.

A. There is an initial consultation fee, which is applied toward the surgical cost if you proceed. Please call us for the exact amount.

A. Yes — send photos via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp and we can do a first-pass consultation. An accurate diagnosis, however, requires an in-person consultation.

Online Consultation (KakaoTalk & WhatsApp)

A. Online consultations are accepted via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp only. Instagram DMs are not accepted for booking. Hours (KST): Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00, Sat 10:00–16:00; closed Sun & holidays.

A. KakaoTalk replies fastest. WhatsApp is available but may be delayed. Sending the same inquiry to both channels actually slows down our reply since we have to check both. Pick one channel and stick with it.
